While you are still able to call the surgery, the online triage form through Anima will ask you the same questions, streamlining the process. This is another option for our patients to use to contact us about a medical problem, admin request or ask a simple question.
What is triage?
Triage is a process of prioritizing patients based on the severity of their condition. This ensures that those in need of urgent attention receive it promptly.
How does it work?
- When you call the surgery, your information will be taken by the Reception staff
- Your request will be assessed by our Duty Doctor
- Based on the information you have given you will either be given a face to face appointment with the appropriate professional or directed to an appropriate service.
